Do you have a location workstation? I have a Mac Book Pro Laptop & a Mac Pro Tower with the following software: Capture One 6, Lightroom 3, Photoshop CS5, Final Cut Studio 7, REDCINE-X, PluralEyes, Dragon Stop Motion, ChronoSync and Transmit.
Camera Expert: Still: Canon, Hasselblad, Phase Backs. Motion: R3D, Panasonic, Sony, Canon, et al
Do field retouching? Yes. I'm good at cosmetic retouching and compositing.
Do you feel comfortable retouching while people watch? Yes.
Have a lot of experience work on location? Yes, a lot.
Are you an expert at troubleshooting operating systems, calibrating monitors, setting up a network, automated backups, file formats, servers, raids, scripting? I'm very adept with the Macintosh OS. I have used several different monitor calibrators. I use Chronosync for my automated back-ups. I know about common file formats and I understand how RAID works.
What raw processor do you prefer? The DAM and the Photoshop integration make Lightroom my favorite for post-production. However during a shoot I prefer Capture One.
Special Skills Cinematography & Camera Operator. SIU Cinema & Photography graduate with a minor in Fine Art. I then worked in Los Angeles on commercials and independent films for a couple of years, before becoming a full-time assistant-digital tech for a Chicago commercial photographer for four years. I have a diverse range of skills and now freelance on all kinds of different shoots; Commercials, music videos, feature films, magazine editorial, fashion shoots, annual reports, portraits, interviews, ProFoto, Speedotron, Kino Flo, Arri, Mole, HMI, LEDs, etc.
I have a streamlined workflow for archiving and transcoding Canon HDSLR footage and know my way around Final Cut. Despite being raised on Batman and Bruce Lee, my geek factor is low. I enjoy swimming, coffee and stop-motion animation.

Capture One Pro, Lightroom, Adobe Creative Suite 5, Canon Software, Final Cut Express, etc all available. Nikon camera control can also be installed per request. LAPTOP: 15.4” Macbook Pro, 2.53 ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 gb RAM, 320 gb HD, all the same software as the tower, backup, card readers, etc. firewire and usb cords per request.

Are you an expert at troubleshooting operating systems, calibrating monitors, setting up a network, automated backups, file formats, servers, raids, scripting? Absolutely. I have lots of experience setting up entire workflows, working with photographers on their current workflows, and troubleshooting when things arent quite working right, working with all of the above.
What raw processor do you prefer? I am very proficient in all tethering software as well as raw processors. Regarding raw processing, it really depends on the situation and what is best in each circumstance. However, my favorite/preferred tethering software is Capture One Pro 6.
Special Skills I provide professional retouching with a past client list including everything from advertising, billboard, editorial, and more. Additional skills include: lots of experience with dslr video tethering and shooting, gorgeous studio rental, long list of crew member recommendations, lots of international travel experience, and know how to play DJ when needed. Im also always very hands on/like to get my hands dirty and willing to help out with anything. Very proficient in lighting across the board from Profoto, Speedotron, White Lightning, Broncolor, Hotlights, Keno, and more. I can entertain with the best of 'em!
